Terms & Conditions

Your jewellery will normally be sent in 2-14 days from the day you make your order. 

All jewellery are handmade and results may vary from the pictures. 

For order, you have to be at least 18 years old, or having your parents permission. 

By sending your order, you agree with the terms and the return policy. 

If you want to return a product, want a different size or change it, please contact info@novistudio.se as soon as possible. You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Notice that you are responsible for the shipping cost in both directions in that case. The product has to be in a new condition when you send it back. 

We will not give any information from our customers to a third part. We store the information customers give while leaving orders, that means email, shipping address, phone number and name. Please contact us if you want the information to be deleted. 

When you make an order a notice will be sent to you with shipping details. Orders will be shipped using Postnord Skicka Lätt.
