Welcome to Novi Studio. We’re a Stockholm-based business creating and curating handmade jewellery, inspiring workshops, thoughtful gift cards, and unique merchandise. By shopping with us at novistudio.se, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT where applicable.
2. Products
We offer:
Handmade jewellery (each piece is unique and may vary slightly)
Creative workshops
Gift cards (digital and/or physical)
Merchandise
We aim to represent all items accurately. However, due to the handcrafted nature of many of our products, variations in appearance may occur.
3. Orders and payments
We currently accept payments through Klarna, which offers various payment options at checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.
4. Shipping and delivery
We currently only ship within Sweden.
Estimated delivery time is 3–14 business days, depending on product availability and stock levels.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
5. Returns and exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy on jewellery, merchandise, and gift cards (unused and in original condition).
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@novistudio.se with your order number.
6. Workshops
Workshop dates may be changed or rescheduled if there are not enough participants. In such cases, customers will be contacted via email with options to rebook.
Bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Please notify us in advance if you wish to transfer your booking.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@novistudio.se as soon as possible.
If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.
9. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We only collect necessary information to process your order and communicate with you. Your data will never be shared or sold to third parties.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and images on novistudio.se are the intellectual property of Novi Studio and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
